Cylindrical grinding machines
Our cylindrical grinding machines with internal grinding device are used for the precise machining of cylindrical, conical or flat workpieces in metal grinding. The CNC cylindrical grinding machines from Maschinen Wagner offer high flexibility and can process a wide range of materials such as steel, ceramics and plastics, optionally with FANUC control, with a swing diameter of 250-450 mm and grinding lengths of 600 - 2.000 mm.
Profile surface grinding machines
The SMART types 818 IV H/B -1640 IV H/B - 2440 IV H/B- 2480 IV H/B offer precise grinding for complex profiles and versatile applications in industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical technology and energy technology. With 2 or 3 CNC-controlled axes and various grinding cycles, they enable grinding lengths of 460 mm to 2,000 mm and spindle speeds of 1,000-7,000 rpm.
Double-sided grinding machines
The Wagner FDG 700 CNC double-sided tool grinding machine offers precise machining for various tools and applications such as milling cutters, drills and reamers. It is particularly suitable for grinding flat and precision surfaces as well as workpieces with high plane parallelism.
