Precise, even sawing of Styrodur
Trennjaeger vertical band saw KV cuts Styrodur blocks 305 mm high and 300 mm wide in just a few seconds.
Precise and smooth cuts through Styrodur:
- Adjustable cutting speeds
- Possibility of cutting complex contours
- Interchangeable saw blades to prevent fraying
Styrodur products that can be produced using a Trennjaeger band saw from the KV series:
- Construction elements such as blanks for insulation boards in individual sizes and shaped insulation blocks for special applications
- Technical components such as core materials for lightweight sandwich panels, molds and inserts for production tools
- Packaging materials such as custom-fit protective packaging for technical products and impact protection frames for furniture / appliances
- Decorative elements such as molds for event and trade fair decorations; letters and logos for advertising signs
With the right band saw blade (e.g. with a special tooth geometry for soft materials), the KV band saw is also suitable for detailed work in Styrodur.
